He built his company with the philosophy that he would never ask an employee to do something that he was not willing to do himself or had done in the past. You can find him most days on a piece of equipment working. Mr. Benton’s son, Keith A Benton Jr, who goes by the name Autry, joined the business in 2000 after serving four years in the United States Marine Corps. He learned the company from the bottom up while continuing his father’s tradition of never asking the company’s employees to do a task he couldn’t or had not done in the past. Benton and his son have enjoyed working side by side every day while growing the company together.
